- There will be NO EFTPOS or ATM's at the event. PLEASE bring lots of cash!!

- NO Zimfest tickets have been mailed out to anyone if you bought online, your name has just been added to the guestlist and will be ticked off upon entry. Please bring ID, and a print out of your PayPal receipt as a reference.

- Please rememeber that there is a prize for the BEST DRESSED! So just go All Out!!

- Despite all the confusion, U18's are allowed to stay for entirety of the event if they are with responsible adults. They will have a different coloured wristband to prevent sale of alcohol to anyone under 18. Tickets for kids under 12 are $15, and payable at the gate. Please bring ID for your child if you think his/her age might be questionable.

- Bud Cockcroft is again the musician who will be taking us thorugh the event this year, as well as our own Zimbo DJ, Dj Scater 07, and various other Dj's.

- Please guys, WATCH where you park if the overflow parkings are full. There is verge parking available but the council have told me that all vehicles must be parked legally if parked outside on verges, and rangers may issue fines!! so HOKOYO!! BEST option is to take the train to Grant St station and walk the 15 or 20 minute walk to the field... there will be signs showing the way!

- Online ticket sales will close at midnight on the 4th of September, the night before. After that tickets are available at the gate for $50.

- Lastly if you all wouldn't mind helping us out by giving us one last big push in publicity to all your friends and neighbours regardless of nationality or creed!! Bring as many people as you can to support this great cause!!

Welcome to the Perth Zimfest Website! Tickets for the 2009 Perth Zimfest are on sale now on the tickets page. Drinks will be sold at rugby club prices (so $4 for the cheapest full-strength beer) which im sure you will all be chuffed about! Not like the Leedy blimming 8 bucks a pop! We would like to stress however that this is a FAMILY event, kids are welcome! This year's info: Venue: Associates Rugby Club (Allen Park, View Map). Time: 12 Midday - 12 Midnight Tickets are $35 when bought online from this site, and $50 at the gate. Also there seems to be a conception about the place that only Zimbabweans are allowed to come to Zimfest. This is ludicrous! Zimfest is a family day for anyone and everyone who want to have a great day supporting a good cause! There are a few spots left for arts & carfts stalls available for rent at this years zimfest.
